A city that turns differences into strengths. Let's make Shibuya a city that we can be proud of in the world in 20 years. Fascinated by the urban development of Shibuya that began with this concept, westarted our activities in 2020. By chance, we are active mainly in the Sasahata Hatsu area, where half of the residents of Shibuya Ward live. This is an area that is being redeveloped in Shibuya, but is being reborn as a FARM that nurtures people, nature, and the community. It would be great to challenge ourselves to create a city that is inclusive from the ground up, where children, people with disabilities, and the elderly can want to live forever. Many friends gathered with this idea in mind. I want to participate in this activity, I want to do something. It would be great to meet people like that!
Please take a look at our activities, which started in Shibuya and have expanded to other areas so far, and our outlook for the future .
About
We want to support your desire to take action.
It's natural for people to enjoy moving their bodies.
If you normally feel like you can't move on your own, why not join us and move around?
Don't give up! We'd be happy to help you find the right support.
Age, gender, disability and nationality are not important.
For those who want to support and those who need support.
A place where various people gather with the keyword "movement."
The inclusive playground is a place for such discovery.

IPG's Four Pillars
1) Wheelchair Experience: The Future
[Cherish the present and weave the future]
What!? Does the wheelchair experience lead to something like that?
Many people have experienced it at about 20 events held between 2020 and 2024. Does it look like we're just playing? No, not at all. In fact, we are nurturing the future with three pillars. Supporting the present, the city, and the future of children.
Some companies have also come forward to use our services as references.
In 2024, with a grant from the Sompo Foundation, we will continue to accelerate our activities!
3) Play ideas that anyone can do: Foundations
Humans are made to move! When a baby learns to roll over or stand up, the developmental phase changes explosively. For humans, movement is important. That's why we want to support the movement of those who normally give up on being able to move. I wonder if the movement of children today is being protected. During events, we will also try to make it possible for many people to enjoy exercise and activities. We are always looking for participants and ideas!
2) Pony Ride: Development
Since 2020, the event has been held about 15 times, with 100-300 people at each event, and approximately 1,500-2,000 people at the demonstration experiment. The purpose of the event is to conduct research on the relationship and potential between people and animals, while contributing to regional revitalization and inclusive urban development. (Cooperation: Harmony Center Public Interest Foundation)
*This activity has now expanded beyond the event into a dream support project for quadriplegic and trunk-impaired women to do some incredible horse riding in Mongolia! The movement from 2024 onwards is amazing! Can we change the worldview of people who believe they can't move and rehabilitation? We're serious about it. If you're interested, or a company, why not join us?
4) Install kindness in the city: Love
I hope that the city will gradually become a more friendly place for everyone.
We have set up a planter at Kanten Papa in Hatsudai, Shibuya Ward, that can be used by wheelchair users, and we are creating a role to connect the town, the shops, and the people. Innovation in a small town. We want to learn about the many differences and turn them into strengths one by one. I hope that there will be more companies with the same mindset as Kanten Papa all over Japan.
1. Wheelchair experience

1
For the city today
Obviously, a wheelchair is a vehicle. But many people have never ridden one. Even adults seem to think that wheelchair experiences are fun! If adults notice the barriers in the city while having fun, they will surely remember the wheelchair perspective and incorporate them when rebuilding, designing store traffic patterns, and developing the city. In fact, steps of just a few centimeters or rain can be very difficult. If the number of people who understand wheelchair users increases, even little by little, the community will also be nurtured in a gentle way. I hope that a natural barrier-free mindset will spread throughout society and the city.
2
Children who create the future
When we hold events repeatedly, we notice that there are many repeat children. They understand the specifications of wheelchairs, teach their friends about them, and before you know it, they are playing together with wheelchair users in nature.
To them, a wheelchair is just a toy. I think that's fine.
Can you imagine what these kids will be like in 20 years time when they become adults?
Fun wheelchair events could be an investment in the future to create a wheelchair-friendly city!
3
Let's go beyond mobility
Do you think all wheelchairs are the same, or just a means of transportation? Some wheelchairs can be used for sports, some can stand, and some can even climb mountains! You don't have to go to the mountains to experience the outdoors in a wheelchair, something you never imagined before. Go hiking with family and friends. It's definitely not impossible!
We are looking for people who want to help create such a world!
Gallery- Wheelchair Experience-
Wheelchair experiences are fun! Sports type, electric, standing wheelchair , wheelchair that can even climb mountains! You never know what you'll get. Through this experience, you'll learn about the things you can do in a wheelchair, the fun things you can do, and conversely, the barriers you normally don't notice. You'll really get a good idea of life from a wheelchair user's perspective. Recently, I've been getting requests from companies, local governments, and schools, and no matter how many times I go, I always discover something new.

2. Pony Ride
Fun Ride
What is the difference between a pony and a horse?
Actually, it's your height! Did you know?
The videos range from cute ones like this one to the surprising experience of a woman in her 60s giving a disabled person who is unable to move around easily on his own a horse ride.
The exploration and discovery never stops.
Demonstration experiment
We want to provide as many people as possible with the opportunity to interact with horses, regardless of age or disability. We support horseback riding experiences at facilities and events for people who cannot travel far or who need assistance, and we also verify the effectiveness of this support.
Making dreams come true
It doesn't end with the event!
A project has been launched to make a wheelchair user's dream come true?!
Will it be successful?
It's so much fun to imagine the future that I made a separate website: ROAD TO MONGOL!
stay tuned.

During one of the demonstration experiments, the heart rate of one mother increased significantly. Wondering what was going on, we went to check it out... It was a mother who always took her children on pony rides. The thing she wanted to do before she died was to ride a horse. Her heart rate increased every time she talked about horses. It was a moment when we realized how exciting dreams can be. It would be great if we could all cherish our dreams, whether we were adults or children.

Making dreams come true
Many people have trouble moving and give up on something. A handful of people choose to move on their own, but many people with disabilities tend to have difficulty accessing exercise and activities due to hesitation, lack of opportunities, or hassle. But if you could "move" more, what dreams would you have?
Even wheelchair users would love to ride a horse. How wonderful it would be if we could not only ride but also travel on horseback!
I want to participate in a wheelchair race. That's how I would feel if I could someday enjoy racing with people from all over the world.
I'm getting old and my legs and hips don't move as I want them to, but I want to climb a mountain like I did when I was young. I wonder how wonderful the view from the top of the mountain would be with my grandchildren.
I've been sick and only know the world above my bed, but I'd like to go into the ocean just once. I wonder if the ocean is salty.
I'm not doing it on purpose. I have a loud voice, but I want to go to the places I want to go and see the things I want to see by plane. Please make a plane that's nice for me to ride.
I hope that more people will simply support those who can dream. Wouldn't it be great if we could foster such a mature future and society?
Ahead of this new world, "ROAD TO MONGOL" will be launched.

Road to Mongolia
"I thought I'd never be able to ride a horse."
A moving story about a quadriplegic woman with a trunk disability who had no access to exercise before, but who takes up horse riding after six months of training.
3. Play ideas that anyone can enjoy
Children grow by playing. They can only grow by playing. In fact, adults love to play too!
From traditional ingenious play to table tennis, volleyball, boccia, and technology! The definition of play is something that is fun and addictive.
4. Installing kindness in the city
The planters were placed by a friendly local store. It's wonderful to see the warmth of the store's concern for the community. Collaborations with neighboring stores and people, and nursing homes, and menu development have already begun... We 'll update more as they come out! Perhaps a store like this in the area could embody inclusiveness. A town that turns differences into strength!

Message from the CEO
My name is Ayako Tsumita
(Pediatrician, Rehabilitation Doctor, Yoga Instructor, Entrepreneur)
Nice to meet you! I've been involved with people with disabilities for over 10 years now. I've always wondered if someday, even if you have a disability, there will be more options for you to live, and a free future where you can be excited. One day, I realized that there is only so much that can be done at a hospital alone. If you wait in the outpatient department, someone won't make it for you. I moved from pediatrics to rehabilitation, and faced mental and physical disabilities in children to adults. I saw the challenges and wonderful places in Japan and the United States with my own eyes, and experienced both urban development. I learned about the impact of exercise and lifestyle, not just medication and counseling. I practiced painting a bright future for behavioral disorders of people with the most severe autism spectrum disorder, dementia, and high-level brain dysfunction, who seemed to have no place anywhere. And then I started my own business. Because of my unusual background, there must be a place where I can use this experience while I'm alive. There is something I can provide value to. I believe that I am doing this activity. I'm sure no one wants to live a life decided by someone else. Before I knew it, I had many friends! By working with various people beyond the framework, I realized the diversity of support methods. It's not perfect. Little by little. Every day I take action, correct it, reflect on it, and correct it. But I'm happy to be able to do something with my friends to make someone smile. I want to give back my awareness and gratitude to the city. That's the kind of life I want to live. My hobbies are non-competitive running, yoga at my own pace, strength training, watching movies, and traveling around the world to experience new things.
...The world is made up of gradients. When I realized that, everything seemed connected. However, simply connecting things does not maximize their power. The changes that occur are limited. I want to connect people so that their world flows properly and they can realize their potential.
The goal of every activity we are involved in is the same. We appreciate your support.

Team
Our diverse members will support you in your desire to exercise.
We want to turn our experience and expertise into strength, and support people, urban development, businesses, facilities, children and the future of communities, regardless of age, gender, nationality or physical and mental capabilities, so that the day will come when people who are unable to exercise or think it is too difficult will be able to choose exercise or activity more easily.
⭐︎We welcome people, organizations, and companies who sympathize and support us! ⭐︎
